These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and a9today ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://a9today.cam (the "Website").

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the a9today platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from such conduct.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identification document, date of birth, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, and your preferred currency (MYR). You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account. a9today will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorised by you unless you report unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

a9today is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed, and may be requested again at any time at a9today's discretion.

The following documents are typically required for standard KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identification document — MyKad (front and back), Passport (photo page), or Malaysian Driver's License.

a9today accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Connect (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Instant Transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

a9today does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees levied by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the depositing party. Deposit processing times are as follows:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow: Instant, subject to payment provider uptime.
• FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• USDT TRC20: Approximately 15–30 minutes, dependent on blockchain confirmation time.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source. a9today reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the a9today Cashier. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms.

a9today processes approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow: Within 15 minutes on average, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfers via local banking: Within 1 business hour during standard processing hours.
• USDT TRC20: Within 1–2 hours, subject to network confirmation requirements.

Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, a9today may request an alternative payment method with matching account ownership verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of request.

a9today reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and processing may take up to five (5) business days. Users will be informed of any delay and the reason for it.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by a9today are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are displayed at the point of claiming and are incorporated by reference into these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x) before any associated winnings or remaining bonus balance may be withdrawn. The required number is stated in each promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is limited to MYR 250 unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. The precise contribution table is available in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the window stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without recourse.
• Sticky vs. Non-Sticky: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky" or "non-cashable", only winnings generated using the bonus may be withdrawn; the original bonus amount is deducted from the withdrawable sum at the time of withdrawal request.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. The applicable cap is stated in each promotion's terms.

a9today reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has exploited a promotion in bad faith, used prohibited software, or breached these Terms in connection with a bonus claim. All wagers placed on the a9today sportsbook and casino platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the details of their bets — including stake, odds, selection, and market — before confirming. a9today does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers under normal circumstances.

In respect of the sportsbook, the following principles apply:

• Odds are subject to change until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are those that apply to the wager.

In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during a casino game round, a9today's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any affected round. The result produced by a9today's certified RNG system shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a9today platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances derived from such activity, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users in any way that distorts the outcome of a game, bet, or tournament in a manner not consistent with normal competitive play.

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account belongs to, or is being operated on behalf of, a person under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of winnings derived from prohibited activity may be returned at a9today's discretion. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in all cases where a Terms breach is confirmed.

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the a9today support team via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the registered payment method after satisfying standard withdrawal verification requirements.

All content on the a9today platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, interface elements, data compilations, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of a9today or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written authorisation from a9today.

The a9today name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a9today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if a9today has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

a9today does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous availability, particularly during periods of scheduled maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.

In no event shall a9today's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by a9today's negligence.

a9today reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease use of the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

The current effective version of these Terms is dated 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable governing law of the jurisdiction in which a9today is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and a9today, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance with a detailed description of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate it to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence a9today operates.

Nothing in this clause shall prejudice your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
